I have anemia. I have been taking oral iron supplements. I still feel extremely tired. How do I know if i need iron shots? Hemoglobin level 6.6

A : A level of 6.6 is extremely low. The fact that you are extremely tired is worrisome. It sounds like you need a blood transfusion. I hope your anemia has been investigated, meaning a cause found.
