Ovarian cyst: The ovarian cyst with septations is small, and probably benign. The myometrial fibroid is also probably benign. A trial of "ovral" (a birth control pill) may diminish both in time, but your doctor may also want a sample of tissue from the ovarian cyst which is gotten via laparoscopy because of the septations. The chances of abnormal cell growth are small. Discuss options with your doctor. ...Read more

Obgyn evaluation: Consider seeing a Obgyn for basic blood work. Your doctor may want to check your FSH, TSH and Prolactin levels. They can also review the sonogram paying specific attention to your endometrial thickness. A 1.2 cm endometrial stripe could be a little bit thicker than one expects to see if the patient were in menopause. Each case will need to be assessed individually ...Read more

Okay : So long as you don't have a strong family history for ovarian or breast cancer, this small cyst on the ovary isn't concerning. It's very small in size. And is likely an incidental finding on ultrasound. The fibroid you described as well is also benign and small. The most important and definitive opinion comes from your doctor who knows you the best. But overall, these findings are not worrisome. ...Read more

You need to see: A reproductive endocrinologist or an endocrinologist very soon for help. Primary amenorrhea is a specialist's area only, though if you had spontaneous periods for 2 years, this is definitely not primary amenorrhea. Make an appointment or get a referral; get the help you need. ...Read more
Period slight irregular.Multiple small cysts on ovaries. Day 21: progesterone 6.25nmol/l, LH 19.72miu/ml, FSH 7.45miu/ml, Prolactin 133.13 mu/l. Pcos?
Maybe: The data you provide don't give an absolute answer. "Multiple small cysts" sounds consistent with PCOS but without an image it might not. A Progesterone of 6+ only indicates that you ovulated. FSH and LH are not part of the diagnosis, nor is an FSH/LH ratio. Prolactin also is not part of PCOS diagnosis, but at 133 your is way too high, be certain to test it again fasting. ...Read more
