Dipstick hematuria, normal RBC under micro analysis. Negative cytology and negative Renal and Bladder ultrasound. I am still worried.
What is next? Microscopic hematuria. KUB clear, kidney ultrasound clear, urine tests clear, cystoscope clear. Pain in flank. Dr says return 6 months.

Terminal gross hematuria suggests its origin from the urethra, especially prostate urethra. So, a cystourethroscopy under anesthesia is needed. But, how far an evaluation should go for?
