No: If I'm reading you right:you were found at cystoscopy in the beginning of July to have a bladder tumor and TUR of the tumor is scheduled for November.That is a 4 month wait.This would be unacceptable to me if I were the patient. Best wishes. ...Read more

Cysto: Terminal hematuria is likely from bladder or urethra. Has your doctor suggested cystoscopy? I would not be worried about bladder cancer in a 25 year old but giving you a cause would be guessing. Best wishes. ...Read more

Here are some ...: Ultrasound study only gives a gross rough imaging assessment with low sensitivity for small lesions. So, it is an absolute saying no bladder cancer. Terminal gross hematuria suggests its origin from the urethra, especially prostate urethra. So, a cystourethroscopy under anesthesia is needed. But, how far an evaluation should go for? It should be individualized. So, ask and talk with Doc timely. ...Read more
