Hematoma In The Uterus
4wks post d&c. Severe cramps no bleeding. Ultrasound shows hematoma in uterus. Hcg =6.6. Leuteal cyst on ovary. What's going on?
Cervical Stenosis?: The doc on the scene would know more; however, based on what you have written, it sounds like you may have cervical stenosis. The basic idea is that the cervix won't open so menstrual blood can't get out and collects in the uterus. This is painful. Its usually treated with a D&C by dilating the cervix and cleaning out the clot. Best wishes! ...Read more
Hello, my wife in 7 week pregnancy, she had scan and found a small hematoma superior to her uterus, doctor gave her asprin, duphaston, folic. Assure me?
4wks post d&c. Severe cramps no bleeding. Ultrasound shows hematoma in uterus & leuteal cyst on ovary. Now waiting 4 blood lab results. What's going on?
Complication: In some cases, the cervix closes and blood backs up in the uterus forming a hematoma. This is the most common complication of D&C done for a pregnancy. Usually a repeat D&C is required. The blood test is probably the doctor checking on the HCG level. If this isn't related to a pregnancy, re=post the question with more specific details. ...Read more

Is it safe to masterbate, orgasm and have sex while you have a subchorionic hematoma in early and late pregnancy? Orgasms make your uterus contract?
See answer: The presence of ultrasound-detected subchorionic hemorrhage (hematoma) increases risk of miscarriage, stillbirth, abruptio placentae, and preterm labor. Depending on your findings and md, may advise strict bed rest, refrain from lifting heavy objects, and avoid exercise. In most cases, you’ll be asked to avoid sexual intercourse (and masturbation?) until the hematoma dissolves and disappears. ...Read more

I'm having sharp pains in my uterus and cervix area after having sex with my boyfriend a lot. Did he bruise something or mess something up?
Rough sex can injure the genitals and result in pain. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) and if the pain is not resolved in a couple of days, see your doctor. Using lubricant like k-y jelly during sex may help. See this site for more information on this topic.

Told years ago I had retroverted uterus, u/s confirmed. Then two years ago u/s said anteverted and then one year ago said retroverted again! How?

U/s report said I had a retroverted uterus. Three months later, u/s said it was anteverted and then 6 month later u/s report said retroverted? Why?
May depend on how:
Full your bladder was. A full bladder will lift the uterus up. An empty bladder provides room in the anterior pelvis for the uterus to drop into.
Also, were both us examinations the same? Transvaginal would have an empty bladder and transabdominal a full bladder.
Finally, having stool in the rectum and sigmoid colon would displace the uterus upwards and forward. ...Read more
