Tricky: not quite sure of the question. ithout an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. if the lump is pigmented, some risk of it developing into a cancer. If not pigmented not sure that's even possible. Benign cysts in the breast are not a risk factor of cancer ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Swollen shiny red lump on left side forehead ?Origin. 24 hours later my left
parotid lymph node became hard, tender & pea sized. Area around lump starting to get itchy. Afebrile & asymptomatic.
Don't Squeeze: It sounds like you may have a furuncle (small boil). Your lymph nodes are probably reacting to the infection. Many patients make the mistake of squeezing boils. Hard almost immobile lump behind ear on skull bone around 1cm size. Painless unless touched. Worried of malignancy. Male 19. What is it?
Hard immovable lump where top of neck and base of skull meet along the hairline (occipital lymph node?); itchy scalp; swollen lymph nodes on neck
Don't worry: It's common at age 16 to have enlarged lymph nodes- you have an active immune system. The lymph nodes at the base of your skull in back are occipital lymph nodes. They get big from viral infections, particularly mononucleosis. If these wax and wane in size, don't worry. If they stay big, see a doctor. Rarely 16-year-olds get lymphoma. I don't think your itchy scalp is related; dandruff? ...Read more
Small 1cm lumps on neck/on jaw (face area where jaw connects), moveable, squishy, had for yrs, no pain unless pressed hard on.
Bumped tibia mid-July. Have hard lump on same area. GP took x-rays and said it's subcutaneous scar. This possible? Afraid of soft tissue sarcoma.
Depends: If you had a pretty severe blunt injury to the tibia, a bone contusion can occur which can be associated with a "lump" in that area that should gradually resolve. If it was a minor injury and you have a pretty large growth in that area, you may want to have it looked into further. An MRI would be the test of choice to do so. ...Read more
