Hi, wanted to know which is better - ready to use or powdered formula for feeding infants. Thanks :)?
Both are fine. Which: you use is a personal preference. Powdered formula can be easier to take for travel and less expensive, but you need to make sure you have a reliable, safe source of drinking water. Ready-to-feed is more expensive but you don't need to worry about adding safe water, and it's convenient. ...Read more
Is it safe to use lecithin (up to 7.5 g daily) during breastfeeding for increasing the milk flow and to provide choline (via breast milk) to the baby?

Wrong approach: Ignore everything you read online about acne. With your hair loss, you may want to get with your physician about a hormonal problem. Otherwise, there's no figuring out why some folks have acne into later life. I was able to stop using Rx when I was around 50. Kee it under control with topical benzoyl peroxide or more if is needed -- your physician can help. Best wishes and keep exercising. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Hi, wanted to know which is better - ready to use or powdered formula for feeding infants and why. Thanks :)?
Convenience: I find mom's enjoy the convenience of RTF for travel or if they only need an occasional bottle to supplement breast feeding. For formula feeders, most use powder because it makes sense. Why pay the company to add water, use more storage space and spend the energy to carry all the extra weight home? ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
