Your body mass index which is a ratio of the weight to height is normal. Since I don't know your exact age, your percentiles on the growth curve can not be plotted. Since your body mass index is normal, it is unlikely that your are overweight. Avoiding junk food, soda and fried foods, exercising daily and following up with your physician is advised.

First off - don't: Recommend trying to lose weight to be 'skinny'. However, working to attain a healthy weight can benefit health. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed.
