Could be your heart: Go to the ER. Its possible that you have a blockage in the arteries around your heart which can lead to a heart attack. There may be less dangerous causes for your symptoms like pinched nerves or anxiety, but it's important to rule out life threatening causes right away.

IsYourNameJoeCocker?: If you have no idea at this point, then you've seen the wrong "docs." Any one of them a neurologist? What you describe is a bit too complicated to suss-out online but I'd suggest you find a good neurologist and get a better answer. In the meantime do not drive or do anything that would put you in danger of injury. And stay away from stimulants or intoxicants like alcohol.

Tingling in both arms and weird heavy feeling and slightly tight around my armpits... What's wrong? I have eds, and asthma, but never had this before.

More history: You will need to provide a more detailed history including your age, gender, and other risk factors. If you are over 50 and have hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and/or diabetes, you need to see a cardiologist. If eds means erectile dysfunction, then I think this may be a sign of an impending heart attack. Run, don't walk to your cardiologist's office.

My left arm aches and feels heavy with some light tingling. I type a lot. Could it be from typing or a bulging disc in my neck?

? carpal tunnel syn: Yes, you could be right about the cause. You should also consider carpal tunnel syndrome as a possible cause. A bulging disc symptom often causes weakness, pain, numbness and tingling. It should affect specific spots in your arm. Try to describe what part of the arm is affected. Leave out the typing and ask- I have tingling and pain in my arm in location X- what is the cause?
