A heavy object fell on my toe and there is a painful blood blister. What can I do to relieve pain or make the blister go away?
ICE: Place ice on area, rest, elevate and take nsaid. Blister will not go away, you injured yourself, so swelling is the bodies first response. If blister and pain increases, then seek medical care. If this is not an option, clean area with alochol, place a needle over a match for 60 seconds, then pop blister.
