I'm bleeding for 2-3 days heavy to light, very irregular times of each month. Pregnancy tests are negative. The last bleed had serious cramps any idea?
Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

I had an anbortion on feb.16 I had the heavy bleeding the cramping the clots&passed the pregnancy, but now I have dark brown spotting&a smell? Normal?
May be infection: If your discharge smells, your uterus may be infected. You should see your doctor for evaluation. They will probably do a pelvic exam (using a speculum) and check the discharge, then do a bimanual exam. Checking the uterus with both hands (one in the vagina and one on the abdomen) allows the doctor to see if there is tenderness or abnormal size of the uterus. ...Read more

Been having heavy bleeding, blood clotting and cramps and did a pregnancy test and it said positive twice, could this be a miscarriage?
It is likely that you had spontaneous loss of an early pregnancy, which is not uncommon. About 25% of early pregnancies are lost, mostly due to chromosomal defects in the embryo. Usually the only manifestation is a slightly heavy, delayed period.
Wish you good health.

If you did the test correctly and it was positive, even if faintly, you are likely to be pregnant. However the bleeding may be your regular period due to loss of an early pregnancy. You should repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

Honestly the only way to know what is going on is to have an ultrasound. The likely explanation here is that you have retained some products of conception that were not completey loss when you were bleeding. These remnants can result in a small hormone rise. As far as getting pregnant again, if you ovulated and had unprotected sex it is possible.
You need to be re-evaluated.
Good luck. ...Read more
