Why does the head of my penis look like it has a faint rash; nothing painful but like a heat rash?
I have a lump about the size of a pea on the back of my head right above my hairline. I also noticed a rash on my neck that looks like a heat rash.

When I can warm or hot or when I exercise, I get stings (electrical needle like) all over my body, primarily head and back. I hope there is a cure for this, I think it might be heat rash? But there is no rash, just pain.

Try a 10 minute period of warming up before progressing to hard or vigorous exercise. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Hives: Hives may be exercise or heat related and the facial rash could be due to an allergic reaction to something that comes in contact with your face.
