Probably: If you have pain radiation to the scapula and bitter taste in the mouth called water brash and burning in the throat it is very possible you may have reflux. Indigestion: This could be chronic reflux from the esophagus (gerd). This problem can become serious if allowed to go unchecked for a prolonged period. See your local ENT doctor and perhaps a GI doctor to find out what is going on. In the mean time you can try otc Prilosec and head elvation at night as a temporary solution. Can slight jaw pain, pressure in ears and nape pain be a symptoms of acid reflux? I also have bitter taste in mouth and sometime pain in swallowing.
