See a doctor: This could be one of several conditions but you would need thorough evaluation before reaching any definitive conclusions. Could be reflux esophagitis creating the abdominal discomfort and sore throat, in which case might be Helicobacter pylori infection, although this should not generally create diarrhea. GERD /Low acid diet: Write a journal with the food or medicines that exacerbate your symptoms. Avoid those. Not pregnant individuals may get benefit from antacids, h blockers like zantac, (ranitidine) pepcid, tagamet at the right dosis or stronger meds likes Omeprazole or other ppis. It is likely you will need at least an upper GI radiologic study or better an upper endoscopy to rule out ulcers, hiatus hernia. ...Read more
