My Holter Monitor showed 1596 Bradycardia events (under 50 bpm) in 48 hours and 2356 pauses between 2.02-2.5 seconds. Lowest Heart rate was 27 .
Talk to cardiology: I am assuming that you have symptomatic bradycardia, and that was the reason you had a Holter study done. Now, I don't know how long your HR stayed at 27, but even 40 is too low. Discuss w doc: One expects a physiologically appropriate increase in heart rate with exercise. This could be magnified if your volume state is low (intravascular dehydration) .
