Discuss w doc: One expects a physiologically appropriate increase in heart rate with exercise. This could be magnified if your volume state is low (intravascular dehydration) . Indirectly, yes.: Water pills can cause dehydration which may make the blood pressure drop and the heart rate rise that you might sense as heart palpations.
