I hve anxiety. I experienced heart palpitations lately while sleeping. It wakes me up from sleep &my heart beat really fast. Is that normal? I am diagnosed with anxiety & depression and I was feeling ok few month before. Start to hve that in october.

In fact, people can have panic attacks in their sleep. What you are describing is pretty much the definition of a panic attack. Short period of time, intense, physiologic response w/o real medical probs.
