Go follow up with: Your primary dr and endocrinologist. Your symptoms could be from the residual effect of your graves' disease and/or side effect of your thyroid hormone. Many possibilities: One possibility that comes to mind is hyperthyroidism. Too much thyroid hormone can cause both symptoms. Anything that causes "palpitations" can cause dizziness by effecting blood flow to the brain.
