I have a burning sensation in chest right below left breast comes and goes I have no heart problems except heart murmur whar could cause this?
There are several things that could cause similar symptoms. It could simply be inflammation of the skin (rash?) or of the cartiliage which joins the ribs to the sternum which is called costochondritis and sometimes responds well to Ibuprofen or anaprox (naproxen). If so, usually goes away on its own after a while.

When I was born, I was born with heart murmur. What are the consequences? Lately been having intense chest pains, with trouble breathing. Help?
Probably unrelated: Heart murmurs are relatively common in kids & the bad ones end up with lots of tests and treatments before school age. If I have a heart murmur does that mean I can have heart problems? Get sharp pain left side of chest.
Depends: On why, you have the murmur. In simple terms a murmur is some type of abnormal flow across a heart valve. It's either too tight a hole or too loose a hole. An echocardiogram can help measure the problem. Many murmurs are called innocent. That is there is an abnormal sound, but the appearance of the valves on echocardiogram are normal. ...Read more

Sometimes I feel my heart beat and then I can feel it moving in my chest, is this bad? I've had a heart murmur when I was a baby so this worries me.
Talk with your Doc: If the murmur you had as a baby did not require any special followup (x-rays, ekg's, echo's etc.) it is probably not an issue today. If I listen to a kid often enough I will hear a heart murmur at some point & most represent normal hearts doing normal things. If you are preoccupied with your heart, get checked out. A good exam with a trusted doc might quell your anxiety or find something. ...Read more

Sharp chest pains in the middle of my chest(between my boobs). I do have a heart murmur, anything to do with it?
Emergency Room trip?: Having new sharp chest pains is a serious enough for an evaluation right away. A doctor can check to see if there is a pneumothorax or other chest problem. Inflammation of the linings of the ribs, the lungs, or the heart can also cause chest pain. Evaluation may be done at an ER, where it is easy to get an exam, a chest x-ray, and an EKG plus lab tests if it looks like it could be a heart attack. ...Read more
I often have stinging chest pains in the middle of my jest (between my boobs) I do have a heart murmur, does it have anything to do with it?
Non-cardiac pain: Murmurs are painless. Most common cause of central anterior chest pain would be a diaphragmatic muscle spasm. Hurts a lot and gradual passes over a minute or so. Other pains are usually dull and cramping. I know of no life threatening similar discomforts. Some problems with swallowing can cause severe cramping pain but the diaphragm is the best bet. There is no preventive measure for that. ...Read more
All my life I was told I was healthy. Today my physician heard what she called "a tiny heart murmur" normal ekg after bt I get chest pain. Heart prob?
Probably flow murmur: Given ur age, it's probably a flow murmur... u seem 2 get worked up easily, & going 2 d doctor probably didn't help matters. When ur heart gets going / anxious, it pumps more blood through d valves (called a sympathetic response or "adrenaline rush"). With more blood flowing through the valves @ a faster speed, turbulence develops, which causes murmur. Ur doc checked it out, ur OK now, bk to nl. ...Read more

Pulm heard a loud heart murmur on left side 1 mo ago. Echo norm. Dr says still loud but prob just pleural rub. Can hear in back and up to neck. Chest pain. Sleep sitting up cause hard to breathe and painful. Does norm echo rule out cardiac issues?
Murmur: Was the echocardiogram perfectly normal or was there some valvular abnormality? Sometimes minor abnormalities create loud murmurs. Other causes of loud noises in the chest and neck include abnormalities of blood vessels in the neck or thorax or pericardial disease. Asymmetric septal hypertrophy of the heart can cause loud murmurs but should be obvious on echocardiogram. See a cardiologist for advi ...Read more
