Not too: That ef is at the lower end of normal; however if you have high blood pressure lowering it might improve your heart function and your ef. How does one know?: Some people have those exact symptoms are are having angina, which can be chest pain due to not enough blood flow to the heart. It could be one's guardian angel telling him to get checked out (meaning calling one's primary care doctor now to see how urgent the problem is). It might not be the heart, or it could be fatal next time one goes jogging. Better safe than sorry. ...Read more
