Slightly Torn ACL, No Surgery, Hearing pops and hurts, have to rest for 10. Is this popping sound normal? Should I be worried that its getting worse?
ACL Tear: If your injury is recent, within 2-3 weeks, knee pain and swelling is normal with an ACL injury. Popping can be related to the swelling in the knee.
