I can hear my right eye blink. ONLY my right eye. Not everyday like twice a week. I do be on my ipad when it happens. Last few minutes. Why?

It's very unusual to: Hear a blinking sound of an eyelid or any eyelid unless it is dry or there's less lubrication. Is a rhythmical noise that has the same rate as the heart. This is easily checked by feeling the arm pulse at the same time as listening to the tinnitus. Pulsatile tinnitus is due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear, like the aorta in your case.
