Wheezing is a: whistling sound that occurs during breathing when airways are narrowed. Acid reflux may cause or contribute to bronchospasm either from direct irritation by acid or by triggering cough and other reflexes. So I do think your wheezing could be due to GERD. Ihave a deep cough w/ white foamy phlegm for 2 weeks and crackling sounds in my lungs when I lay down at night and almost takes my breath away?
I have noticed recently that when I am doing cardio workouts i can hear air escaping from my lungs when i hold my breath. Like the valve won't close.
I hear a whizzing like sound when breathing while sitting(only sitting) but apparently its not my lungs cause i got it fully checked. what can it be?
