I get a good amount of sleep each night normally, I do excersize during the day and eat healthily - why am I always so tired?
Depends: I don't know your age or overall health, but it seems you are basically healthy. There are a few things you should consider. One, is a test for your thyroid funciton. Bloating: Most of the time, bloatedness is related to certain food. Fiber, fruits, beans, high carbohydrates/dairy products would cause bloating. I am frequently very constipated throughout the week, then when I am relieved it's all day. I drink water and eat fiber and exercise, what should I do?
Constipation: You can train your bowel. Ist attempt to go to the bathroom 30 min to 1 hour after a meal. This takes advantage of the gastrocolic reflex. May use a duclolax suppository 30 minutes after the meal to stimulate evacuation. Should try to train yourself to have a bowel movement at least every 48 hours. Depends: It could be that you eat a salty dinner and by the night, your brain signals to drink water to keep your hydrated and balance out your sodium (salt) levels. It is normal.: Congrats! It is normal to want to eat everything when your pregnant. Usually this comes in waves as there will be periods during your pregnancy when your appetite will be low. Possibly food.: If you're getting nauseated at certain times of the day, keep a log of what you eat and what you are doing before the nausea comes on. Certain foods and things like caffeine and alcohol can cause disruptions in the stomach. Also doing things like lying down or exercising after a meal can make people nauseated. Other causes: Other things that can cause gas: gallbladder disease, lactose intolerance, gassy foods like beans/broccoli/cauliflower/cabbage; spicy foods; acid reflux. Limit fried/fatty/greasy foods to help gb; try lactase tablets before dairy foods; simethicone/beano for gas-forming foods. I am never hungry.. Honestly, it is rare if I am hungry once a day. I eat anyway at scheduled meals to keep enough in me, but why am I rarely hungry?
At age 18: such appetite issues are VERY common!
