Many choices: Good question! I advise brown rice or whole wheat tortillas with black beans &/or eggs with lettuce/onions/tomatoes & carrots & ideally avocado- a good mix of healthy proteins, fiber & phytonutrients. Sample feeding schedule or menu for a 7mo who eats fruits and veggies? She eats a jar of fruit in the AM & a jar of veggies PM w/25 oz of formula/day
It doesn't matter: Aside from not feeding anything at night, it doesn't matter what the feeding schedule is. At 6-9 months, a baby gets most of his nutrition from breast milk or formula (don't need to count the total ounces). Using a high chair, and feeding at the dining table at meal times, helps form good habits. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

❤ palpitations after eating a healthy vegan meal. Very obese, i drink veg/green smoothies for bkfst & lunch, no trouble until my full meal at dinner.
Might be normal issu: Random palpitations can be a normal issue if they happen from time to time or if you are taking in stimulants like coffee, alcohol, tobacco or over-the-counter medications such as pseudoephedrine, which is found in cold preparations and some herbal medications, including ma huang. So it might be something in the smoothies, try removing one ingredient everyday and see if it comes back. ...Read more
A healthy [mostly plant based and whole food] diet, a daily multivitamin, and a daily chelating agent such as alpha lipoic..A good routine for 23 y\o?
Yes and no: A healthy diet is certainly good. Make sure your protein intake is sufficient if you are eating as well as you say, and if there are at least some animal products in your diet, you don't need a multivitamin. Vitamin d intake is likely insufficient, so take a supplement. Ala is not a chelating agent. It can help with diabetes and neuropathy and is found in foods like spinach and broccoli. ...Read more
