Healthy Things To Eat When Youre A Pesco Vegetarian
I am constantly hungry, eat very healthy/vegetarian. I get that full feeling, then have to eat again an hour later. I have tried proteins, locarb, etc?
Why when i quitted smoking i started to gain weight? It was just a week. I ate healthy (i'm vegetarian), dieting(i don't eat much) and some exercise.
