Probably but...: To lose weight one must consume less calories than they burn up so eating less will help you lose weight. However, research shows that eating after 8 pm is associated with weight gain. The earlier you eat your dinner and not snacking after 8 pm will likely help. I drink 212oz of water days that I run, 192oz on off days. 48oz each at breakfast & dinner 32oz at lunch & after snacks. Always has been. Too much?
