Healthy Food Meal Plan With Ordinary Foods
In 5 wks mom lost 20lbs. I lost 7. I work out harder and longer, eat 3 small meals all healthy food. Seeing dietician. Why is she loosing more than me?

The rate of weight loss depends on how many fewer calories you are consuming now and how many more calories you are burning compared to previously. Complex carbohydrates in the form of whole grains, should make up 1/4 of your plate servings. 1/2 your plate should be fresh fruits and or vegetables. And 1/4 of your plate should be protein.
