On the other hand rectal polyps, tumors, and like you stated fissures can be the cause amongst other things. You really need to see a doctor for this problem. You will need a rectal exam, stool testing for blood, and a test to make sure you are not anemic due to all the bleeding. Your doctor may also want additional tests based on your history and exam.
