Need more info: Hard to say. It all depends on what you consider to be a 'healthy diet.' Perhaps you are eating healthy food, but you are eating enough calories to replace the calories you are burning with the exercise. Cheap and easy: I am a fan of weight watchers but it does cost something per month. Basically you should eat all types of foods, watch your portions (very important), eat more vegetables and fruits, stay away from fast food or packaged food, and most importantly, exercise.
