A balanced diet: You should adjust your diet to maintain a healthy weight and make sure it is well balanced in carbohydrates, proteins (from fish, nuts, no-fat yogurt) and have limited amount of fats in it. Need more info: Hard to say. It all depends on what you consider to be a 'healthy diet.' Perhaps you are eating healthy food, but you are eating enough calories to replace the calories you are burning with the exercise. You may also be burning fat, but replacing it with lean muscle weight. I wouldn't let the lack of progress on the scale get you down too much. Cheap and easy: I am a fan of weight watchers but it does cost something per month. Basically you should eat all types of foods, watch your portions (very important), eat more vegetables and fruits, stay away from fast food or packaged food, and most importantly, exercise.
