What should I be eating if I want to maintain a healthy diet?

What should I be eating if I want to maintain a healthy diet?

A balanced diet: You should adjust your diet to maintain a healthy weight and make sure it is well balanced in carbohydrates, proteins (from fish, nuts, no-fat yogurt) and have limited amount of fats in it. I would advise more of plant based foods with ample veggies, grains and fruits (very important part of diet, in my view). Avoid meat heavy diets they are outright unhealthy due to excess saturated fats in them. ...Read more

I do boot camp 4 days a week and on a healthy diet plan it's been 4 weeks and I'm still the same weight what am I doing wrong I'm about to give up?

Need more info: Hard to say. It all depends on what you consider to be a 'healthy diet.' Perhaps you are eating healthy food, but you are eating enough calories to replace the calories you are burning with the exercise. You may also be burning fat, but replacing it with lean muscle weight. I wouldn't let the lack of progress on the scale get you down too much. I am on a college budget, what is a cheap, easy, filling, and healthy diet plan I can follow (ie. Not ramen noodles).?

Cheap and easy: I am a fan of weight watchers but it does cost something per month.
