Stress weakens you: Your main problem is stress-- these germs are having a field day at your expense. When under stress the body is weaker, as you've proved to yourself here over and over again. Rather than get bogged down in complex formulas for calories and percentages, the easiest thing to do is eat three or four meals per day where your plate is 1/2 fruits and veggies, 1/4 protein (meat, eggs or soy), and 1/4 carbs (pasta, bread).
