Not corn flakes!: I don't consider corn flakes a healthy diet choice, esp. If not organic as they are genetically modified and contain bt toxin . Corn flakes are a great example of a high-carb food with low nutrient density that increases risk of obesity & diabetes. Yogurt is fine but should also be organic.
