I have notice a change in the few months where I have been having trouble concentrating with things such as while I'm in class lectures (having trouble holding the information in and also paying attention), while I'm at work, home or other places as well.
Inattention: First thing to ask yourself is how much sleep you have been getting. Try to get 7-8 hours a night, at the very least 6 hours. Sleep helps solidify memory.
