Low eosinophils are often normal. It is impossible to say in an individual case like yours without a full history.

Safe: Creatine is a natural substance necessary for muscle strength. Taking a supplement during bodybuilding is safe and has been shown to significantly help body building. BMI & ideal weight are quite confusing! I do strength training. I have lots of muscles huge chest n biceps. My BMI is 34.Is bodybuilding bad for health?
BMI.: Technically speaking, BMI does not take into account body composition, only weight with respect to height. Muscle is more dense than fat, so thinner muscular people can have elevated BMIs. Your best bet would be to interpret your BMI along with a concurrent body fat analysis. If BMI is a bit high and body fat is low, then it's likely fine. Remember, it's just a number. ...Read more

What is an optimal workout for health that includes walking/jogging/hiking and weight training? I am a 25 year old male.
Exercise: You're off to a good start by incorporating cardio activities with weight bearing exercises. The best solution is to pick activities that you enjoy. This way you will do them consistently. Also, listen to your body and incorporate rest days into your routine. New studies have shown that a balanced diet is just as important as exercise, so make sure that you're eating healthy foods as well! ...Read more
Cardio Mix: The best way to lose weight is cardio and a balanced diet. However, do not always do the same exercise or you will increase your risks for stress injuries. Mix things up with running, biking, swimming, or circuit training. Ultimately you need to burn more than you consume. Exercises such as crunches, planks, sit-ups, etc are good for toning the abdominal muscles, but cardio is best for weight loss. ...Read more

Weight: Weight loss is such a frustrating thing. Our bodies evolved to hold onto weight, and it can be very difficult once a plateau is reached. I have to say, that losing 30 pounds is amazing, so congratulations. You are doing everything right. You might need to "jump start" your weight loss by a change in exercise program. You may want to consult a personal trainer, or ask a staff member at your gym for more variety in your routine. Again, congratulations on losing 30 pounds, that is fantastic. ...Read more

Hi I'm aymen 19 years old 79kg weight I start bodybuilding workouts I wanna now if I can use whey protein and if he has a side effects?
Body building/ Whey: Many of the powders/supplements contain whey as the source of extra protein as a substrate for muscle and body building. Generally they are safe. If a person doesn't exercise appropriately, it can be just a source of extra calories. So taking extra whey does not mean you will build muscle alone. Vegan/vegetarian options exist, with a soy base.
