Probably normal: Low eosinophils are often normal. It is impossible to say in an individual case like yours without a full history.

BMI.: Technically speaking, BMI does not take into account body composition, only weight with respect to height. Muscle is more dense than fat, so thinner muscular people can have elevated BMIs.
