If : If you are having bloody bowel movements, then you should be evaluated as soon as possible. Give your doctor a call. It could be anything from infection, anal fissures, hemorrhoids, to more serious causes such as inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer, vascular malformation or bowel ischemia. Many issues, such as colon cancer, are more curable, the earlier they are caught, so don't delay any longer. When you do call your doctor, be sure to discuss the fact you have no insurance with the office staff.
