Nuts (almonds pistachios etc) are eaten widely, which are the main health benefits of eating nuts?are these useful for brain also?
Many benefits, yes: Regular consumption of nuts reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, cancer and diabetes and in moderation maintains healthy weight. Walnut, Pecan, Almond, Pistachio, & Cashew all have great health benefits, but they have Sat fat also.Would eating serving of each daily raises LDL?
Not much: There's protein and calories. Some folks are allergic. Food choices are a very minor component to health maintenance, with a few exceptions involving avoiding things that make particular people sick. I just tried to: Research this. 1 site said gin is therapeutic for arthritis, helps you lose weight, ^'s your appetite, improves GI health, is a diuretic, reduces cardiovascular disease, makes bones stonger. Etc. It is from a site called 'gin wisdom' i never learned any of that in medical school. 'medical wisdom' ; 'gin wisdom' don't necessarily go hand in hand.
