Walnut, Pecan, Almond, Pistachio, & Cashew all have great health benefits, but they have Sat fat also. Would eating serving of each daily raises LDL?
Not much: There's protein and calories. Some folks are allergic. Food choices are a very minor component to health maintenance, with a few exceptions involving avoiding things that make particular people sick.
