Hmm no: Talk to your eye doc about tx options. In the long run mj may worsen your anxiety & depression, altho in the short run it may feel like its helping since you stop worrying about your probs. Not dealing with issues rarely helps! mj may decrease rem sleep that is needed for good quality sleep. Who dx'd you w/ anxiety/depression?
