Headband headaches: If you get headaches only when you wear headbands than stop wearing them, or dont wear them too tight in some cases headbands can be triggers for migraine headaches and if youhave history of headaches in past not related to headbands than it is the trigger and avoid it some people use headbands to prevent headaches, these are not too tight.

Unlikely: Need not test more than once a day. If you do not test every day from before you expect to be most fertile, you may miss the surge. Likewise, if you test too late, you may miss the surge. Also, it may not be possible to tell if you are about to ovulate or if you just ovulated since you will have increased lh in both cases. Usually, though, the positive opk means that you are about to ovulate.

NO,they NEVER: reuse a needle. The blood you saw was your own blood dripping backwards from vacuum in tube and when they remove it,suction may make blood flow back.
