Positional low BP: Postural or orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure) may be the cause. In older individuals, sluggish cardiovascular reflexes that normally would keep the BP up with changes in position may be the culprit. Otherwise, look for causes of dehydration or adverse effects of medications. There are rarer causes that may be more serious. If persistent, you should consult your physician. ...Read more
Sometimes when i wake up suddenly during the night when i try to go back to bed i feel as if I am shaking. Is this normal or something serious?
Depends on cause: I would mention it to your physician, also make sure that there is no concern for diabetes as sometimes we can have fluctuating blood sugars and shaking is one of the symptoms. Sometimes it may also be related to something we dreamed. See a doctor: And possibly a neurologist.
