Hey, I am an 18 year old athletic male, and I get a headache every Monday. No matter what I do. What could this be?
Only Monday?: If it occurs that with that specificity - the causes are usually environmentally induced (allergen, chemical, food, etc.) or triggered by some type of internalizing anxiety.
