Depends on cause: Tinnitus is abnormal if it is constant in only one ear, constant in both ears but much louder on one side, pulsing with your heart rate, or associated with another ear symptom such as hearing loss, vertigo, etc. You don't give enough info but tmj, neck spasm, migraine, and tumors all can cause headache and tinnitus. After polypectomy: Very delicate operation with possibility of severe bleeding. Post-operatory reactions can include edema and post aggression appearing inside the different sinuses hence headaches, ringing in the ears, problems with smelling etc. When headaches are associated with temperature going up and down i would worry first about a possible infection which your doctor can check for. ...Read more

Cannot be precise: But NSAID's as a group are not the safest items in many people, and you may well have persistent lingering secondary issues. Would be very assertive in requesting followup evaluation. Trust this can be readily stabilized. ...Read more
