Dr. Keita Sakon answered:

Within the last three weeks, I've been experiencing severe headaches, a missed period, fatigue, lack of appetite, and weight loss. What's wrong?

Pregnant?

have you checked a pregnancy test? Early pregnancy could explain those symptoms, if negative, see your primary care physician to rule out other medical problems.

Nausea, fatigue, breast tenderness, bloating, headaches occasionally, no missed period though. Could this be anything else besides pregnany?

Absolutely

Pregnancy_test
There are many hormonal fluctuations that could cause these symptoms. In addition, you could be experiencing a transient illness that could be adding to your symptoms. If you actually miss your period, then I'd take a test.

In general, alarm symptoms include lack of appetite, weight loss, bleeding, etc. Mild bloating, butterflies, headache etc. would not constitute a major alarm symptom.

Pregnancy possible

The possibility exists. If you are one week late and still haven't had your menses, you should perform a home pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat in one week.

Pregnancy test?

Irregular_periods
Did you check a pregnancy test? If you are 6 days late then this should be the first thing you do. Over the counter pregnancy tests are cheap and reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Dr. Gurmukh Singh answered:

4 days before missed period, hpt are negative, I'm dizzy, headache, and cramping, are these true results?

Yes

Dizziness
HPT before a missed period, if negative, does not rule out pregnancy. You should wait 4-5 days after missed period to do HPT, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.

Im 19 missed period.light headed a lot of headaches like everyday....took test but not pregnant.also acid reflex?

Not gyn

This doesn't sound like a gynecologic problem, the complaints are not likely related to the missed period. Maybe a family doc/internist/or other primary care doctor could advise you.

Possibly

Open-uri20121231-10087-m94p9u
Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test. These usuallly turn positive when you're about a week late. If it's negative, repeat in a week and call your doctor.
