You also could be hypoglycemic if you eat too fast, have overly large Insulin response, which then drops your blood glucose low. No diabetes with hypoglycemia. 50-90 is normal blood sugar for me. I got spike after 15g carbs sweet potato... Could a binge 3 days earlier cause this?
