Sounds like migraine: If it doesn't go away with tylenol, (acetaminophen) alleve, or motrin, then you may have to go to the er for relief. Hope it clears soon. If this is the first one you've ever had, i would recommend you go to the er for a proper work-up now just to play it on the safe side a make sure you don't have something more serious going on. ...Read more

Needs evaluation: Dry eye is a relatively common patient complaint. In most patients it is the result of where you live. In other cases it can be the result of heredity, eye injury, previous surgery (esp LASIK), or an illness such as Sjogren's syndrome. I would try preservative-free artificial tears up to 8x/day, take omega-3 fatty acids, and if persistent would go see your eye doctor. ...Read more
