And the question is?: Not sure what your question is from the list of symptoms. You've got a conglomeration of issues that could represent anything from a bad gastrointestinal flu to a bad migraine headache to mononucleosis. May be influenza: Although not the season for the flu, the description of the symptoms are fairly typical for viral infection. Assuming that you are otherwise healthy and not exposed to other infectious agents or traveled outside of the US recently, these symptoms usually will pass in a week.
