Benzo taper down: Coming off a benzodiazepine like Klonopin (clonazepam) can cause withdrawal symptoms even when t is done slowly. Headache/Facial pain: Were you taking Claritin (loratadine) specifically for the headache symptoms you are describing? Claritin (loratadine) is not indicated for headaches. If you have a history of environmental allergies that you are taking Claritin (loratadine) for, do continue to take it. Try an NSAID like advil, ibuprofen, Excedrin for headache. Spinal or Epidural?: Did you have either a spinal or epidural anesthesia with your c sections? What you are describing could be a complication of that type of anesthesia. Evaluation by neurosurgeon including MRI scan with contrast at the spinal level where they did your spinal/epidural would be indicated as a starting point. An EMG/NCS would also be helpful along with thyroid function, calcium levels to start. ...Read more

Might be ok:
It does not sound worrisome. Tingling is not always a sign of an illness, and since the symptoms come and go, there may not be much of an explanation in the end.
A total loss of sensation or weakness, especially on one side, is more concerning.
There's nothing wrong with checking with your doctor, but a week of symptoms like this is not an emergency.
