Since i was about 12, now 36 i get ugly headaches, sporadic swollen glands(armpits), (later also with sore breasts) & always tired. Please help.

Don't just sit there: Rashes are usually a sign that you need to hotfoot it off to the doctor. Falling down is also kind of a red flag. You know? Don't know where you live and it's a bit late in the year, but Rocky Mountain spotted fever is not an impossibility. RMSF later than September is kind of unusual but who can say. Virus? Mono?: Lymph nodes ("glands") cannot come and go so often. Once actually swelling occurs, it will always last at least 1-2 weeks. So it is unlikely that explains your feeling "recurring" glands over a month.
