Headaches, lightheadedness, falling down..also have swollen glands, chills, tiny red dots all over, fatigue?

Don't just sit there: Rashes are usually a sign that you need to hotfoot it off to the doctor. Falling down is also kind of a red flag. You know? Don't know where you live and it's a bit late in the year, but Rocky Mountain spotted fever is not an impossibility. RMSF later than September is kind of unusual but who can say. I have been waking up for the past month feeling off, keep getting re-occuring swollen glands in my armpits and mild headaches, what could this be?

Virus? Mono?: Lymph nodes ("glands") cannot come and go so often. Once actually swelling occurs, it will always last at least 1-2 weeks. So it is unlikely that explains your feeling "recurring" glands over a month. However, your symptoms could reflect some sort of viral infection like mononucleosis (glandular fever), or any number of other conditions. See your GP if your symptoms continue. ...Read more

Sinus congestion: A severe cough can have people pass out. Her cough may be related to post nasal drip. She needs to use a decongestant, a saline nasal spray and some Mucinex (guaifenesin) to alleviate her symptoms. She needs to call her doctor to see if she needs an antibiotic to treat a sinus infection. If her symptoms are chronic, she needs to see an allergist eventually to control them. ...Read more
