It depends on the frequency and severity of symptoms, but you might consider requesting your doctor to order an MRI brain with and without contrast (it provides better detail of the brain than does the ct). A way to tell is to open and close the jaw with a finger placed in the TMJ socket which is roughly the pocket created when one opens the mouth and places a finger directly in front of the ear canal right at the level of the sideburns. The constant lack of sensation in the right forehead along with intermittent right sided headache sounds like migraine or CPH, but trigeminal neuralgia, cervical disease, vasculitis and metabolic dysfunction needs to be explored. You need an MRI and lab work in addition to the CT scan.
