Bump on side of head above ear. Feels boney like I was hit but i wasn't. Slight discomfort when pressed hard & minor headache. What could it be?

Scalp bump: This is likely to be a pilar cyst, but a lymph node is also possible. I recommend you see a dermatologist for a precise diagnosis, though it is unlikely to be anything serious. ...Read more

Moderate pain right side of head above ear made worse by movement. "headache" around right eye. Right inner ear pain. Could this all be sinus?

It could, but: But it also can be something else. You have had a ct scan of your chest. I imagine the doctor who ordered that knows a lot of your medical history. Headaches. Earaches. Ringing in ears. Mostly on right side of head and right ear. Any other symptoms to look out for? Should i see my gp?

Yes.: Ringing in the ear (tinnitus) is common and there are many causes. Unilateral tinnitus always needs to be evaluated more carefully. Most gp's can help to find out what the cause is. Sometimes you may need to see an otolaryngologist (ENT) and sometimes people need to have an mri. Start with a good history and exam with your physician and take it from there. Headache in front/back left side of head, ear.Tiny jabs of pain (1-2). Light headed when standing. Scared I have a brain tumor. No fam history. Help!

Unlikely: Brain tumors are uncommon in people your age, and a light-headed feeling isn't typically a symptom of one. If you have serious headaches you should see your doctor, and ask for a referral to a neurologist both to evaluate your problem and to treat the headaches. ...Read more
