Puffy eyes with headache in am most likely to be blood pressure related but an eye specialist can easily rule out glaucoma as a rare possibility. All of your symtpoms have been described in Graves' disease which is an autoimmune disease affecting your thyroid as well as the muscles of your eye. If you took certain meds to relieve your sinus symptoms, they can increase the pressure in your eye, given your glaucoma.
