Started with conjunctivitis and headaches. Last 4 days ive had vertigo, pain in both ears and sinus type pressure and headache on top of head.

Sinusitis?: The initial symptoms may have been from a viral URTI, which can occasionally cause conjunctivitis. Frontal headaches: Frontal headaches are not likely to be caused by a brain tumor. More common causes include high blood pressure (greater than 160/100). Another common cause would be sinus congestion/infection. Evaluation should include a visit to an Ear/Nose and Throat physician, a blood pressure check, and above work-up is non-diagnostic then consideration of an MRI or CAT scan of the head. ...Read more

Dilated vessels (?): It could be you are describing dilated blood vessels which might be visible and which can be associated with a headache. Perhaps more importantly, you should have your blood pressure checked during a headache to be sure it is not caused by hypertension (high blood pressure).
